• Pernelle Cuvée Genesis: A premium non-alcoholic sparkling wine created using Méthode Moderne in collaboration with champagne experts. Made from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, and partially aged for at least two years on lees, it delivers fresh citrus and lemon curd aromas with delicate stone fruit complexity. The palate is dry, refined and elegant with a creamy mousse and lively acidity.

• Descendants of Arthur Organic Chardonnay 2023: An organic Chardonnay from South Australia’s Macaw Creek. Light straw in colour with aromas of white peach, citrus and melon, supported by subtle savoury oak. The palate is creamy yet crisp, with a clean natural acidity and fine length.

• Suger Merlot 2021 Australia: Mid to deep plum in colour, this Merlot bursts with dark cherry and blackberry aromas, intertwined with gentle spice and mocha oak. On the palate it is plush, smooth, and rich with ripe berries and subtle complexity.

• Grower Gate Shiraz 2019 South Australia: A classic South Australian Shiraz with succulent dark fruit, light spice and smooth approachable structure. Easy enough for everyday meals yet rich enough to pair with grilled or roast food.
